The episode opens with Ruhi expressing her gratitude to Armaan and Abhira for coming back. She urges them to get some rest. As Abhira checks Ruhi’s fever and tries to soothe her, Ruhi, lost in her own turmoil, starts to believe that their return is only for the sake of her unborn child. Abhira, though hurt, gently questions if that’s truly what Ruhi thinksyet continues to care for her with quiet compassion.
Elsewhere, Sanjay confides in Kaveri, his voice laced with unease. He fears Armaan and Abhira are gradually reclaiming power both in the firm and at home. Kaveri’s response is cold and resolute: ever since their return, nothing has gone right. She declares that Armaan will never rejoin the firmno matter the circumstances.
As Ruhi finally drifts off to sleep, the silence allows Armaan and Abhira a brief moment of closeness. Armaan lies beside Ruhi, and in her sleep, Ruhi subconsciously reaches for his hand still haunted by memories of Rohit. The sudden gesture startles Armaan. Abhira softly tells Ruhi to rest and quietly decides to leave, taking Daksh along with her.
Meanwhile, Abhir meets Charu and apologizes for the distancehe’s been caught up with Kiara. Charu understands. When Abhir learns that Armaan and Abhira have returned, concern creeps in. Sharing coconut water, Abhir and Charu share a comforting hugone that’s spotted by a local shopkeeper, who later reports it to the Goenka household.
Back at the Poddar house, the family gathers for a meal. Kaveri notices Manisha preparing a platebelieving it’s for Rohitand questions her. Manisha clarifies it’s for Armaan. Kaveri refuses to accept him in that role. Vidya intervenes, asserting that Armaan will now take Rohit’s place. Kaveri is furioushow could she forget that Armaan once left them? But Vidya reminds her so did Rohit. Despite the tension, Vidya seats Armaan in Rohit’s place, leaving Kaveri fuming.
Later, Manisha suggests placing plates for both Shivani and Rohit. Kaveri immediately shuts it down, claiming Shivani was never truly part of their family. Abhira steps in, refusing to stay silent. She accuses the family of never treating Shivani with dignity, not even in death. Abhira says that while Shivani might forgive them, the wrongs done to her still matter. She believes Rohit would have wanted Shivani remembered and she stands her ground against Kaveri.
Abhira then finds Ruhi asleep outside. Surprised, she gently wakes her and asks why she’s there. Ruhi quietly admits she was thinking about Rohit. Touched, Abhira is overcome with guilt for having left Ruhi alone in her grief.
At the same time, Charu and Manoj try to reason with Kaveri about the failing firm. Without Armaan, everything is unraveling. But Kaveri remains rigid telling them to work harder instead of relying on Armaan again.

Vidya urges Abhira to persuade Armaan to return to the firm. Abhira says she won’t force him. But Vidya believes he’ll return on his own and soon asks Armaan to step into Rohit’s shoes at the Poddar firm. Armaan is left stunned.
