The episode starts with Ruhi being taken to the hospital. Then Sanjay scolds Abhira. Then Manish defends Abhira. Manish scolds Sanjay. Then Daksh starts crying. Then Abhira consoles him and the nurse asks Rohit to leave the room. Swarna tells Abhira about surrogacy. Manish gets angry at Abhir.
Abhira and Charu are together when Kiara comes. Then both of them talk and Abhir is saved. Rohit comes out. Ruhi gets washed away. Then Manish tells Kiara and both go to the hospital. Then Abhira gets worried whether there is any danger in the pregnancy, then Armaan gives courage to Abhira. Abhir comes to the hospital and asks about Ruhi. Then Charu asks questions. Manisha asks whom is Ruhi calling.
Vidya is told the truth that Ruhi is pregnant. Vidya gets emotional and all the family members are happy. Then Vidya feels sad for Armaan and Abhira. Then Abhira gives courage to Vidya.
